Shipping costs:

Usually we ship via regular DHL parcel service twice a week (Monday + Thursday). We pack well.

The shipping costs depend on the destination a parcel is being sent to. These destinations are classified into three zones (EU, USA/Canada and AUS/Asia) listed below:

All shipping costs are subject to change, please inquire about the individual shipping costs for your order.

Up to two spruce tops can be shipped internationally as a so called "large international letter" (registered) for 19.95 €; insurance and express shipping is an option at extra costs. The cheapest option (airmail rates shown above) includes an insurance for only 5 Euro per kilogram shiping weight, express sendings include a 500-Euro (max.) insurance.

All international parcels and letters can be tracked online, we provide a tracking number after sending.

How to pay?

All prices are net and do not include 19%-VAT, which has to be added for sales within the EU.

NO additional VAT for orders from outside EU (USA/Canada, Australia, Asia etc.).

No minimum order. We don’t add any handling fees to the specific price of wood or shipping costs. We sell wood, not fees.

Price of wood (+ VAT inside EU, if applies) + actual postage = final Total

Safety rules: Payment can be done via wiring the money to our German bank account (or using PayPal if agreed, actual paypal costs are additional 3.9%). 
No credit cards, money orders or personal cheques, but you can use your credit card when paying with Paypal. We never ask for your credit card number.

We have prepared a separate data sheet with specific payment informations for customers from all over the world. This you will receive while ordering automatically.

You can send cash in a registered letter as well, but fully on your risk up to the moment I sign the reception at my postal office. Please check if a insurance appllies here locally and if your postal service allows sending cash - otherwise the sending will not be insured and any loss is on your risk. Thanks for understanding. 

 Return policy:

We don’t like dissatisfied customers. If you don’t like anything – just drop us a line at info@best-eurospruce.com and return the product unaltered and insured within 30 days after receiving for full refund (except original shipping costs) or replacement. No questions. This return policy is valid for any item from any species except any CITES protected material like all rosewoods (dalbergia spp.) due to international custom reglementations. Please ask all questions reg. CITES protected material before buying, we are glad to answer all questions in detail and provide more pics from any item on request.
